Today, the Georgian people with great love and deep respect congratulate you on the 47th jubilee of your enthronement.
It is God’s special blessing that throughout the great trials that have befallen our country over the recent decades, you have been the wise foremost hierarch of the Apostolic Orthodox Church of Georgia. In those difficult times, when the country had to face severe crises, you were and you still are the guardian and support of the Georgian nation. You took upon yourself all the challenges and withstood attacks while, with your usual calmness and unceasing prayer, continued your work to preserve the unity of the nation and the Church.
The Rector, Academic Council, professors and students of Tbilisi Theological Academy and Seminary with deep reverence congratulate you on this important date. With special gratitude we note that if it were not for your selfless strife, the Apostolic Orthodox Church of Georgia, along with many other blessings, would not have a higher theological school, where faith and knowledge are integrated and whose graduates faithfully serve the Mother Church and our Motherland.
Your Holiness and Beatitude! Fully recognizing your great contribution to the Orthodox Church, our country and nation, we pray to God that He might grant you many more years of life and good health, so that the grace of your patriarchal prayer might continue to bless and protect the blessed Georgian nation and the apportioned to the Mother of God our Motherland for as long as possible.
