Erasmus+

Tbilisi Theological Academy and Seminary implements short-term exchange programs of Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility, funded by the European Commission which involves individual mobilities at partner universities.

International Credit Mobility is a short-term exchange program for students and academic/administrative personnel of institutions of higher education. Exchange programs are implemented within the framework of a partnership agreement signed between universities in Georgia (non-associated/partner country) and Europe (associated/programme countries).

The main features are:
• Opportunities for mobility at all levels (bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctorate);
• Mobility for all the fields of study;
• Students’ mobility for study: from 2 to 12 months;
• Students’ mobility for internship purposes: from 2 to 12 months;
• Mobility for the purpose of study and/or internship at the doctoral level: short-term physical mobility from 5 to 30 days, and long-term physical mobility from 2 months to 12 months;
• Blended mobility: (from 5 to 30 days of physical mobility + virtual component);
• For academic/administrative personnel: from 5 days to 2 months;
• The fields and number of mobilities depend on the agreement between the universities;
• All students are given the opportunity to benefit from up to 12 months of mobility in study per academic level (universities may have internal regulations for mobility).
Within the framework of mobility, study and travel expenses (Georgia - Associated/Programme Country - Georgia) are completely funded. Students will also receive a monthly scholarship of up to 800-900 euros. For students coming to Georgia, the scholarship is 700 euros per month.
