On April 19 of the current year, the Choir of the students of
TTAS visited the Monastery of Dodo of Gareji.
Their visit was supervised by the Dean of Tbilisi Theological Academy and Seminary, Priest Giorgi Vashalomidze and the teacher of hymn singing, Lasha Zaalishvili.

The clergy celebrated a Holy Liturgy together with the
singers. It should be noted that the choir of the seminary sang the
full repertoire of the Holy Liturgy for the first time (the
practice of Gelati and Svetitskhovli schools of hymn singing).
The students found it very exciting to participate in a
religious service performed in the monastery of monks carved into a
rock. Archimandrite Serapion and the brotherhood of the monastery
hosted the guests from Tbilisi Theological Seminary.
